"Building A Brighter Tomorrow
By Empowering Youth Today"

ABOUT US
We are a dedicated 501(3)(C) organization committed to empowering and uplifting youth in black communities, ages 8 to 16. Our program focuses on providing group mentoring in the areas of financial literacy, mental health, self-awareness, self-esteem, and work readiness for youth in the greater Cincinnati area.
Why do we emphasize these specific areas? The statistics speak for themselves. Research has shown that financial literacy is a crucial life skill that can help pave the way towards economic empowerment and financial independence. We believe that by equipping young individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage their finances, we can help them build a solid foundation for a successful future.
Mental health is another critical aspect of our program. The challenges and pressures faced by young individuals in today's society can be overwhelming. Through mentorship and guidance, we aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where young individuals can openly express their thoughts and emotions, learn effective coping mechanisms, and develop resilience.
Self-awareness and self-esteem are integral to personal growth and development. By helping our mentees gain a deeper understanding of themselves and fostering a positive self-image, we believe they can confidently navigate life's challenges and make empowered choices.
Additionally, our work readiness program equips mentees with the essential skills needed to enter the workforce with confidence. From resume building and interview preparation to communication and leadership skills, we provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition from education to the professional world.
At the Mshauri Mentoring Program, our mentors are committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of the young individuals we serve. We believe that by investing in them today, we are shaping the leaders of tomorrow and building stronger, more resilient communities.
Join us on this journey of empowerment and join the Mshauri Mentoring Program today. Together, let's unlock the potential within our youth and create a brighter future for all.
